The Vine is a mixed a mixed-use development comprising a drug store, grocery store, and retail uses at grade with 134 dwelling units above, all served by three levels of underground parking. Located in Vancouver’s Kitsilano neighbourhood, the development will include 4 residential towers and incorporate sustainable design features. The development will also help to mitigate traffic in the neighbourhood by offering superior pedestrian amenity including a corner public open space and a proposed public art feature.
