Vancouver Tower is a 26-storey high-rise development with ground floor retail including a 30,000+ sq.ft. grocery store. Centrally located in the downtown core the building is adjacent to new movie theatres, the luxurious Sutton Place Hotel and high-end retail.
The 126 luxury units are accompanied by amenities such as a fully-equipped health club on the second level with a sun-splashed whirlpool, two saunas and changing rooms, an exercise room, a social lounge and a large lap pool. The health club overlooks an open-air sundeck and roof garden. Four and a half levels of underground parking are fully secured and a special shuttle elevator links the residential parking to the main lobby. Three high-speed elevators serve the tower and thick double-glazed windows and solid construction ensure sound insulation for guaranteed privacy.
