The Pacific Robson Palais is a mixed-use development composed of retail at grade, a fitness facility at level 2 and 32 residential units from levels 2 to 6. In recognition of the small-scale retail of Robson Street, the residential floors are set back from the street. The frontage is then further broken down into smaller scale elements. A variety of unity types ranging in size from 500 sq ft to 1500 sq ft are provided. Two-level penthouses are accessible via an exterior skywalk. Amenities include a 75’ lap pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, change rooms and fitness centre.
