Miro is one of 3 towers designed by IBI/HB on Richards Street, a busy arterial in downtown Vancouver. The units are compact and very refined to be affordable to first time home buyers. A 23-storey residential project with 2 underground parking levels in Downtown Vancouver, the project has 4 townhouses lining the street, providing “eyes on the street” and enhancing the liveability of the street base as one of the planning principles in downtown Vancouver.

At the residential tower entrance, located on the corner of the street block, the tower visually hits the sidewalk, creates interest and animation and gives the tower an extra vertical dimension. The tower is finished in painted architectural concrete and window wall.
