Maple Square is a proposed project located along the Third Ring Road, one of the major arterials roads in the heart of Beijing, China. The site can accommodate 40,000 sq.m. of commercial space, 30,000 sq.m. of hotel and 86,000 sq.m. of residential area above grade. The proposed design submitted by IBI/HB includes 3 towers atop a 4-storey podium. The corner tower will have a height of 20 storeys and will act as an anchor to the development, including a hotel. The other two towers will include 15 storeys of residential space.
