The Lions on West Georgia Street, developed for Lai Sun, consists of twin towers, 30 and 26 storeys on a podium base. Retail areas and project amenties, ie. health club, meeting rooms, etc. are provided on Georgia Street at grade. IBI was responsible for rezoning and for providing full architectural services for this 320,000 sq.ft. site.
