Hayden Ferry Lakeside is a phased residential development with office structures currently under construction, and a future hotel containing 202 rooms. The project consists of four separate buildings above two levels of underground parking for 1080 cars. Hayden Ferry is located in a waterfront location adjacent to a man-made lake and all the units will have a water view. Numerous measures have been incorporated into the design to address and mitigate the significant desert heat and noise issues relating to the adjacent Phoenix Airport.
