Centerpoint Condominiums is an infill development that will become the first residential community in the heart of downtown Tempe, and in close proximity to Arizona State University. Building materials include glass and concrete combined with weathered steel. The Phase I building will include a 6,500 sq.ft. Penthouse built above 16,000 sq. ft. of commercial space on the ground floor that will include retail such as a delicatessen, gourmet grocery and café.
