
Benson Tower will be the first point tower in the City of Portland with a tall slender design and the signature glass that is commonly incorporated in Vancouver high-rise designs. Named for the timber baron Simon Benson, whose home once stood on the 13,000 sq.ft site, each floor of the tower will comprise 5 to 7 condominiums. The development will also feature a 130-foot water fountain that wraps around three sides of the building. Designed in association with MCA Architects of Portland, OR.
