The Outlook is a point tower in a garden setting on raised pilotii which permits public access and views to the North Shore mountains. The design consists of 7 suites per floor, and the building materials are painted concrete and aluminum-framed glass and spandrel panels. Aluminum louvres and illuminated frosted glass provide a distinctive building roofline.
